Diane Tillman is a graduate of Elms College, Chicopee, MA with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Social Work. She is a licensed Social Worker in the state of MA and has amassed over 28 years of experience working with elders in the community, hospital, and long term care settings. Prior to obtaining her Nursing Home Administrator's License, Diane worked for 13 years as a Nursing Home Inspector for the Massachusetts Department of Public Health. Having inspected hundreds of facilities, Diane chose to join the team at Renaissance Manor on Cabot due to its excellent compliance history, and the exemplary, individualized care which is provided to all residents.

Director of Marketing and Admissions: Catherine Leu, LSW

Cathy is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. She has amassed over 20 years of experience as a Social Worker, Discharge Planner and Admissions Coordinator in subacute and long term care settings. She is an expert in all aspects of long term care reimbursement, and adept at conducting pre-admission evaluations of prospective residents. Cathy is committed to being personally involved with our residents and families from the point of first contact through the first weeks after admission. Cathy also works closely with all departments and managers to ensure that each resident experiences a positive transition to life here at our center.

Director of Nursing Services: Sandy Chmura, RN

Sandy Chmura is a graduate of Dean Technical School of Nursing and began working as a Licensed Practical Nurse in long term care in 1968. She is a graduate of the Regents Nursing Program and became a Registered Nurse in 1990. Sandy has held leadership positions in area skilled nursing facilities since 1993. During her tenure as a Director of Nursing at a 167 bed skilled nursing facility Sandy led a team which enjoyed a deficiency free state survey, a deficiency free VA survey, and a score of 98% on the 2003 JCAHO survey. Sandy joined the team at Renaissance Manor on Cabot in the summer of 2006. She chose Renaissance due to its small, home-like environment and the opportunity it provided for her to be hands-on and directly involved in the day to day operations and the life and care of each resident.

Rehabilitation Director: Joan Johnson

Joan has amassed 23 years experience as a Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant. She retired from the US Air Force with 20 years of active duty service. She is a combat veteran of Operation Desert Storm and worked closely in the rehabilitation and treatment of wounded soldiers. One of her specialty areas is wound management. Joan has worked as a per diem therapist in several long term care facilities since honorable discharge from the Air Force. Joan is an energetic motivator and adeptly provides individual therapy services to our residents while managing an able staff of 14 per diem Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapy Assistants, and Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants.
